Job Summary:

As an Odoo Demonstrator / Odoo Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in presenting and implementing Odoo ERP solutions for our clients. Your responsibilities will include showcasing Odoo's capabilities, analyzing business processes, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. Proficiency in English and a strong understanding of accounting principles are essential for effectively communicating with clients and ensuring successful financial module implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Activities:

  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct comprehensive demonstrations of Odoo's functionality to potential clients, with a focus on the accounting module, highlighting its benefits and capabilities.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and propose Odoo solutions that align with their business processes, especially in finance and accounting.
  • Solution Design: Create detailed solution designs and proposals that address client needs and demonstrate the value of Odoo.


  • Business Analysis: Analyze and document client business processes, particularly financial workflows, to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement using Odoo.
  • Configuration: Configure Odoo applications to meet client specifications, ensuring optimal performance and usability of the accounting module.

Client Training and Support:

  • User Training: Provide training sessions to client users on Odoo functionalities, emphasizing accounting features and best practices to ensure successful adoption.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Offer ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to ensure smooth operation of Odoo, particularly in financial reporting and accounting processes..

Continuous Improvement:

  • Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to continually improve Odoo implementations and service delivery.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated on Odoo developments and share knowledge with colleagues to enhance team capabilities.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 1 years of experience with Odoo ERP, including implementation and customization.
    • Demonstrated experience in business analysis and process optimization.
    • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, with experience in financial module implementations.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Odoo modules and functionalities, especially the accounting module.
    • Basic understanding of programming languages (Python preferred).
    • Familiarity with database management and ERP systems.
  • Language Skills:
    • Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Odoo certification.
  • Experience with other ERP systems.
  • Accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CMA).
  • Multilingual abilities.
