Job Summary:

As an Odoo Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the deployment and customization of Odoo ERP solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent fluency in English to effectively communicate with international clients and team members. You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, configure the system, provide training, and ensure a smooth transition to Odoo.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation and Customization:

• Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and gather detailed requirements.
  
• System Configuration: Configure Odoo applications to match client requirements.
  
• Customization: Customise Odoo modules and develop new features as necessary to meet specific client needs, working closely with the technical team.
  

Client Training and Support:

• User Training: Conduct training sessions for client users on Odoo functionalities, emphasizing features and best practices to ensure successful adoption.
  
• Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions to ensure smooth operation of Odoo, especially in financial reporting and accounting processes.

Continuous Improvement:

• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to continuously improve Odoo implementations and service delivery.
  
• Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated on the latest Odoo developments and share knowledge with colleagues to enhance team capabilities.
  

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Odoo ERP, including implementation and customization.
  
• Demonstrated experience in business analysis and process optimization.
  
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, with experience in financial module implementations.
  
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Odoo modules and functionalities, especially the accounting module.
• Basic understanding of programming languages (Python preferred).
  
• Familiarity with database management and ERP systems.
  
• Language Skills:
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
